Senior Talent Advisor – Project Management Recruitment

We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Advisor with a strong background in recruiting Project and Program Management professionals across diverse business areas and project environments.

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Recruiting Project Managers, Program Managers, PMO and Transformation professionals for projects across various areas, including IT, Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing, and Sales.
• Understanding different project environments and translating business needs into the right candidate profile.
• Conducting kick-off and calibration meetings with clients and Hiring Managers.
• Proactively sourcing and approaching candidates using direct search methods and various sourcing channels.
• Conducting competency-based interviews and assessing candidates’ project experience, including project scope, stakeholder management, governance, risk, timelines, and team collaboration.
• Preparing high-quality candidate recommendations and managing communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Building long-term relationships with candidates and developing a strong Project Management talent network.
• Cooperating closely with the recruitment team and sharing market knowledge and sourcing insights.

• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within an agency, consultancy, outsourcing, or RPO environment.
• Strong experience in recruiting Project and Program Management professionals across different business areas.
• A good understanding of different Project Manager profiles and the ability to assess their fit for projects of varying scope, complexity, and scale.
• Understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
• Strong sourcing and direct search skills.
• Confidence in working directly with clients and Hiring Managers and clarifying recruitment requirements when needed.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Very good command of English.
• A proactive, independent, and business-oriented approach.
