By precisely matching skills and business needs, we connect specialists with projects where their knowledge has a real impact. By joining us, you become part of an environment where matching is not a coincidence, but a decision.

Today we are looking for a Senior Consultant - Process Excellence (Process Improvement Lead) to join our team. You will join a consulting team supporting process diagnosis, design, and transformation initiatives across global business functions. This is a project‑based, non‑BAU role, focused on analyzing how processes work today, designing how they should work in the future, and defining what is needed to enable digital transformation, automation, AI adoption, and technology deployment.

YOU WILL

  • Conduct stakeholder interviews across diverse business areas, including senior and executive-level stakeholders.

  • Facilitate workshops to gather insights, align stakeholders, and co‑create future-state solutions.

  • Assess current-state processes, governance, and operating models.

  • Design future-state processes and organizational structures that enable digital transformation, automation, and AI adoption.

  • Identify improvement opportunities and define actionable transformation recommendations.

  • Develop transformation roadmaps, business cases, and executive-ready deliverables.

  • Translate complex, ambiguous information into clear, structured outputs and actionable plans.

  • Work closely with another consultant as a delivery pair on each engagement.

YOU NEED

  • Proven experience leading process diagnosis, discovery, and future-state design engagements.

  • Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

  • Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar business environments and synthesize complex information.

  • Demonstrated capability to design process, governance, and organizational improvements supporting digital transformation and technology adoption.

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Nice to have:

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent strongly preferred.

  • Certifications in BPM, Design Thinking, Change Management, Agile, or Process Mining are an advantage.

  • Experience in Process Excellence, Continuous Improvement, BPM, or transformation roles.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills supported by structured methodologies and data-driven decision-making.

  • Experience working in large, complex global organizations; exposure to Shared Services/GBS is a significant plus.

  • Ability to create executive-ready presentations, business cases, and impactful communications.
