Omnichannel Project Manager (Global Retail Transformation)

This role is focused on leading end-to-end omnichannel retail transformation programs across multiple markets.
You will take full ownership of rollout delivery, coordinating cross-functional global teams and ensuring successful execution of a new retail solution across countries.

YOU WILL

  • Own end-to-end delivery of omnichannel rollout across multiple markets
  • Drive execution of a global retail transformation program
  • Ensure alignment of business, IT, and market stakeholders at global level
  • Take accountability for scope, timeline, budget, and outcomes
  • Lead cross-country rollout governance and decision-making forums
  • Use data and dashboards (Power BI) to support decision-making and track rollout performance

YOU NEED

  • 2-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in global / multi-market environments
  • Proven experience in end-to-end project ownership (from planning to rollout)
  • Experience in omnichannel, retail, or digital transformation programs is a strong plus;
  • Working with cross-functional global stakeholders
  • Ability to work with data and reporting tools (Power BI experience is a plus);
  • Curiosity and a results-oriented mindset;
  • Proactiveness and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
