Project Manager – Legal & Compliance (Change Management Focus)

• Lead and deliver projects within the Legal & Compliance area, with a strong focus on change management and transformation initiatives
• Drive end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closing
• Support implementation of regulatory, compliance, and policy-related changes across the organization
• Ensure effective change adoption, working closely with stakeholders at all levels
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Business teams to align project objectives with regulatory requirements
• Identify risks, dependencies, and compliance gaps, and proactively manage mitigation plans
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Develop and maintain project documentation, governance, and reporting standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project and change management frameworks

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Legal, Compliance, Risk, or regulated environments
• Strong hands-on experience in change management within complex organizations
• Proven track record of delivering regulatory or compliance-related projects
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile (Scrum/SAFe) and/or Change Management (e.g. Prosci, APMG)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leadership
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a dynamic environment
• Fluent English (C1+)
• Educational background in Law or prior experience working closely with Legal teams- Nice to have:
• Experience in industries such as banking, fintech, pharma, or other highly regulated sectors
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks, audits, and regulatory requirements
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar
