Today, we are looking for a skilled NetSuite Business Systems Administrator to support and maintain core financial systems in a dynamic, international environment. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day system administration, ensuring stability, performance, and alignment with business needs.

You will work closely with finance and operations teams, supporting critical accounting processes, including month-end close, while maintaining strong controls and compliance standards. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical expertise with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and enjoys working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Administer and maintain the NetSuite ERP platform, ensuring system performance, stability, and alignment with business requirements;
• Provide first-line (Tier 1) support to finance and business users, resolving issues, answering queries, and managing incoming requests;
• Support reporting activities by assisting with creation and validation of system reports and saved searches;
• Configure and maintain system workflows, user roles, and permissions across financial systems;
• Troubleshoot system issues, escalating more complex cases to relevant technical teams when needed;
• Support additional financial and operational systems within the ecosystem, ensuring smooth day-to-day usage;
• Collaborate with technical teams in testing new features, enhancements, and system configurations;
• Create and maintain documentation, including user guides, knowledge base articles, and internal procedures;
• Contribute to process improvements and optimization of system usage across teams;
• Support compliance and control activities, including user access management and change tracking;
• Assist in periodic reviews related to access controls, segregation of duties, and system changes;
• Work closely with stakeholders across finance, operations, and IT to ensure effective system utilization.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator (required);
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and financial processes (e.g. general ledger, month-end close);
• Experience in user support, system troubleshooting, and issue resolution;
• Ability to manage system configurations, workflows, and user access controls;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively;
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• NetSuite Administrator Certification;
• Experience with NetSuite modules such as Fixed Assets or OneWorld;
• Experience with other financial or procurement systems;
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and controls (e.g. SOX, access reviews, segregation of duties);
• Experience working in international or fast-scaling organizations.
