By precisely matching skills and business needs, we connect specialists with projects where their knowledge has a real impact. By joining us, you become part of an environment where matching is not a coincidence, but a decision.

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to support the FYND/NEXUS programme, taking ownership of delivery governance, release orchestration and execution across multiple product streams, squads and stakeholders. The role will ensure delivery commitments are clearly owned, prioritized and tracked, while proactively managing risks, dependencies, blockers and release readiness through Agile/SAFe practices. The ideal candidate is available as soon as possible and is comfortable operating in a complex, multi-stream IT environment.

YOU WILL

  • Own delivery governance, delivery gates, release readiness and go/no-go decisions.
  • Drive delivery cadence across workstreams, squads and dependencies from design through production release.
  • Coordinate prioritization cycles across Product Owners, Stream Leads and delivery teams.
  • Ensure clear ownership, accountability and follow-up of delivery commitments and actions.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, blockers, dependencies and delivery slippage.
  • Maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependency logs, risk registers and decision records.
  • Coordinate testing, UAT readiness, defect triage, business sign-offs and release preparation.
  • Govern backlog hygiene, sprint readiness and Jira discipline to ensure delivery transparency.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the FYND product, roadmap and operating model.
  • Provide transparent reporting on progress, delivery health, risks, decisions and release readiness to leadership.
  • Have the authority to hold or delay delivery gates when entry/exit criteria are not met.
  • Own delivery execution and governance while Product Owners remain accountable for backlog content and prioritization.

YOU NEED

  • Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Programme Manager or Project Manager in a complex IT environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile / SAFe delivery methodologies and governance.
  • Experience coordinating multiple teams, workstreams, dependencies and stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior-level reporting.
  • Proven experience in risk, issue, dependency and escalation management.
  • Experience with delivery planning, milestones and governance documentation.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating testing, UAT and production releases.
  • Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence, including backlog and sprint management.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and reporting skills.
  • Ability to challenge delivery teams and stakeholders constructively.
  • Confidence to make and escalate delivery decisions when required.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex products, roadmaps and operating models.
  • Availability ASAP.
